We have new varieties such as Royal Gala, Jonagold and Macoun.
In response to our customers' requests, we have re-introduced historic heritage apples such as Spartan, Cox Orange Pippin, Gravenstein, Snow, Northern Spy and Wealthy.
Our new varieties are Honeycrisp, Gingergold and Ambrosia.
The apples taste wonderful and all of our apple varieties are eating apples.
For baking, we recommend Macoun, Cortland, Empires, Mutsu and McIntosh.
For applesauce, we recommend Macoun, Empires, Mutsu and McIntosh.
